How does per-employee pricing work?
You pay based on the number of active employees in your organization. Add or remove employees anytime — your billing adjusts automatically at the next cycle.
Can I use CyberAlign and GrowthPath together?
Yes. CyberAlign and GrowthPath are separate subscriptions that work together seamlessly. Many customers start with CyberAlign Free and add GrowthPath when they're ready for performance management.
What happens after my trial ends?
You choose a plan that fits your needs. Your data is preserved. If you decide not to continue, your account remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days.
Is there a minimum employee count?
No minimum for GrowthPath plans. CyberAlign Pro covers up to 20 employees; Advanced covers up to 150 (with $5/employee/month beyond that).
